Warehouse Supervisor
About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Dubbo Centre, you will join a close-knit team where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations while leading from the front.
You'll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running safely and efficiently, supporting your team, coordinating logistics, and ensuring customers receive the right products on time.
What you will be doing:
- Lead, coach and support a small warehouse team to achieve safe and efficient outcomes.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including picking, loading, dispatch and logistics coordination.
- Drive a strong safety culture through leading by example, toolbox talks and safe work practices.
- Coordinate daily workloads, deliveries and transport to meet customer expectations.
- Stay hands-on, working alongside your team to deliver outstanding results.

What you will bring:
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, transport management or similar
- Previous leadership experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Leading Hand, or ready to step into your first supervisory role.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys supporting and developing their team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and getting the job done right.
- Forklift and HR Licence is essential
- Comfortable using computer systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office (or similar).
