Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Dubbo team. You will have autonomy to manage the warehouse, logistics and operational aspects and report into the Branch Manager.

 

Manage your own hours to meet business needs within a 38hr week, no weekend work!!

 

Key responsibilities include:


•    Build a strong safety culture, lead by example and drive safety as a core value.
•    Supervising and developing a team to achieve greatness in all that they do.
•    Full responsibility in administration of daily operations, logistics and drivers
 

You will be a capable leader who values safety, gaining efficiencies and have a keen eye for areas of improvement, you may currently be a leading hand looking to advance your career.
 

You will have:
 

•    Supervisor experience and willing to be hands-on
•    Building products, Industrial manufacturing or Construction industry experience.
•    Forklift Licence essential, HR licence highly regarded
•    SAP, MS office and general computer experience preferred
