Warehouse & Delivery Operator
About The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and based at our Dubbo branch, you will work as part of a dedicated, close‑knit team in a hands‑on role that combines warehouse operations and local deliveries. Duties will flex based on daily staffing needs and workloads.
The team is highly safety-focused and process-driven, with structured training and ongoing support provided to set you up for success.
- $34 per hour + truck driver allowance
- 8 hour shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm
- Overtime available
What you will be doing:
- Picking and packing customer orders within the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Operating warehouse equipment, including forklift and overhead crane
- Delivering orders to customers using company vehicles
- Providing face‑to‑face customer service at delivery and pick up

What you will bring:
- Valid HR licence (HC highly regarded)
- Forklift licence (essential); overhead crane experience advantageous
- Strong focus on safety, compliance and manual handling practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑based warehouse environment
- A reliable, proactive approach with pride in your work
- Good customer service and basic computer skills
