As the Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting customers and promoting our innovative range of steel reinforcing solutions for the building, construction, mining, rural, and industrial sectors. This is a full‑time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 4:30pm.

What you will be doing:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and processing sales, both in person and over the phone
  • Answering incoming calls, ensuring they are directed and resolved efficiently
  • Preparing accurate, timely quotes and ensuring all follow‑up is completed
  • Entering sales data accurately into the sales management system
  • General administration as required, including management of cash sale payments and the prepayment of accounts
  • CRM data entry and allocation of credit notes
  • Despatch coordination

  • Experience dealing with customers and sales in an office environment
  • Computer literacy and software skills to complete required tasks
  • Strong decision making, communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage ever changing customer requirements
