We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Dandenong South branch as a Storeperson.

 This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday (1.45pm-10.15pm + opportunity for overtime.)


Generous remuneration of $33.05 per hour + 20% Afternoon shift loading + Allowances.


You will be responsible for safely and accurately handling, storing, and moving steel products to meet customer and operational requirements. This includes picking, packing, loading, and receipting stock while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle incoming goods, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate inventory records using our tracking system.
  • Pack and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring precision and timeliness in shipment activities.
  • Safely operate company vehicles, including forklifts, adhering to pre-trip/post-trip inspection protocols and all relevant traffic and safety regulations.
  • Complete precise delivery and pickup documentation and communicate effectively with the warehouse team and management regarding inventory levels and delivery schedules.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols during warehouse and driving activities, ensuring compliance with transport and occupational health and safety standards.

  • Commitment to workplace safety.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Forklift licence (HR) and overhead crane licence – desirable
