  • Support change management activities and guide teams on their safety journey.
  • Promote safety initiatives and inspire others to engage with and prioritise safety.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Health and Safety.
  • Proven experience in WH&S within an operational environment.
  • Expertise in conducting risk assessments and leading incident investigations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • A creative and proactive approach to safety challenges.
  • A commitment to learning, development, and driving continuous improvement.

What Sets You Apart:
You’re more than a safety professional—you’re a people-first leader who understands the importance of listening, empathising, and building trust. You’re passionate about making a tangible difference and thrive in collaborative environments where innovative ideas are welcomed.
