Reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, the Branch Manager plays a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of InfraBuild Recycling’s major non-ferrous export hub in NSW. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be managing both ferrous and non-ferrous operations.
What you will be doing:
- Managing and coordinating the logistics, administration and customer service of the branch
- Managing daily operations including people leadership
- Employee management and leading performance reviews
- Contributing to ongoing process improvements
- Communicating regularly with state trading team on sales management and planning
- Managing KPI’s of the branch
- Ensuring the operation of the yard is working in adherence with site safety policies and procedures
- Coordinating and processing scrap

What you will bring:
- Site leadership experience ideally within recycling / waste / export / manufacturing / heavy industry
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Business acumen and demonstrated management of P&L
- Trading or sales experience, desirable
- Strong communication skills to interpret reports, identify trends and make recommendations
