State Sales Manager
About the role
Our South Australia State Sales Manager will be accountable and responsible for deployment of InfraBuild Reinforcing’s sales strategy and the performance of the SA sales team. This is a senior sales leadership role. The successful candidate must have significant experience in the construction or industrial market and bring established client relationships within the commercial and civil markets that enable immediate impact. A key outcome of the role is to deliver on budget performance of key sales KPI’s, as well as working alongside our internal project delivery model, commercial management, scheduling and operations teams.
This role will be based out of our Cavan site.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and develop InfraBuild Reinforcing’s market position by building on our existing and new client relationships and expanding market share
- Ensure multi tiered relationships are in place with key customers and industry bodies
- Leadership and development of our team of Account Managers with a focus on coaching
- Lead and opportunity management supporting a strong pipeline of future projects
- Responsibility of budgets, forecasts and tactical business plans
- Bid Development and negotiation to secure target projects
You will be passionate and enthusiastic about the building industry and what InfraBuild has to offer in the market. Your previous experience and demonstrated success in sales will be highly advantageous to your success in this role.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong and successful sales background within the building or construction industry
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in negotiating and securing deals
- Sound IT skills and experience using a CRM
- Ability to develop and implement tactical sales plans to deliver against business objectives
- Track record of leading high performance teams with a focus on coaching
