Operational Support Coordinator

Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, the Operational Support Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks associated with daily operations of production, despatch, procurement, transport and interstate inventory for InfraBuild Reinforcing Cavan.
What you will be doing:
- Freight management of inwards goods and interstate transfers
- Purchasing of consumables for the site
- Issue and monitor maintenance work orders
- Assist with coordination of initiatives and projects
- Scrap processing
- Procurement of stock
- Adhering to all relevant InfraBuild health and safety policies, standards, procedures and legislative requirements

What you will bring:
- Relevant operational / administration qualification or equivalent experience
- Operational and administrative experience
- Advanced MS Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset
- Process oriented
- Systems and manufacturing process knowledge/experience, desirable
- Experience using Power BI, Sparks, JDE - advantageous
