About our team

Infrabuild Steel Centre is owned by GFG Alliance with operations in over 45 locations within Australia. We are a leading distributor of steel products to businesses across the mining, fabrication and manufacturing industries.

About the role

Based in Canberra you have responsibility for building relationships and providing an exceptional level of customer service to our customers with duties including but not limited to;

  • Taking calls from customers, answering and resolving any queries
  • Providing quotes and fulfilling orders for our customers 
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Providing maximum value and ease of doing business for our customers.
About your experience

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, a strong desire to succeed and a passion for continuous improvement. 

You will also have:

  • Experience in a similar phone-based customer service role 
  • The ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven work ethic with a strong emphasis on working and supporting your team.
