Customer Service Representative
About the role
We are looking for a person who thrives in a busy customer focused environment to join our team at the Bunbury branch. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including;

Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries

Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to the customers

Liaising with the broader business team to best service our customers

Procuring product for customer orders

Assist with administrative tasks
Roster: Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4pm
It's important that you are a team player with strong problem-solving skills, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and build strong relationships with new and repeat business.
