We value your commitment and want to reward you for it. All candidates successfully employed for this role will be eligible for a Sign-On and Retention Bonus of up to $1,500, paid in stages:
•    $300 when you start
•    $700 after 6 months of continuous service
•    $500 after 12 months of continuous service

 

Available shifts (Monday – Friday):

•    Day Shift 6:00am - 2:00pm, or 
•    Afternoon Shift 2:00pm - 10:00pm, or
•    Night shift 10:00pm – 6:00am

 

Operator duties include:
•    Operate band saws, overhead cranes, and forklifts  
•    Pick, process, and pack steel products for dispatch  
•    Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently  
•    Perform basic computer tasks for order and stock management  
•    Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workplace  

 

About You  


Prior steel handling experience would be beneficial, however more importantly, a can-do attitude, willingness to learn and a desire to be part of a global market leading business.


We’re looking for individuals who are:  
•    Reliable and team-oriented  
•    Accurate and have high standards for safety
•    Eager to learn and have a positive, can-do attitude 
•    Able to demonstrate common sense and follow standard operating procedures
•    Participate in the pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol assessment
