About The Role

You will work Monday to Friday: 6am – 2:30pm in Townsville and 5am – 1:30pm in Rockhampton.

Your Day-to-Day
In this hands-on role, no two days are the same. You’ll be:
- Operating machinery to cut, bend, and shape steel products
- Inputting job specifications into machines
- Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Picking and packing orders
- Working closely with your team to keep operations running smoothly
- Playing an active role in maintaining a safe workplace
About You
You don’t need years of experience—just the right mindset. We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Thinks on their feet and solves problems confidently
- Values safety and teamwork
- Has (or is willing to obtain) a forklift licence
- Bonus: experience with cranes or machinery—but we’ll train you if not!
