Customer Service Representative - Part Time
About the role
Join our high-performing, close-knit team at our Bibra Lake branch. In this role, you'll work together with both our Sales and Operations teams to ensure every customer enjoys seamless, positive experience with Steelforce.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone & email
- Processing quotes and orders for our Account customers
- Preparing reports & reviewing KPI’s
- Maximising sales opportunities & working closely with our Account Managers
- General administration duties
You’re a collaborative team player with a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Energetic and driven, you excel in fast-paced environments and take pride in finding effective solutions to meet customer needs.
About your experience
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in customer service and or sales administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
- Strong Attention to detail and an aptitude to build customer portfolio
