Account Manager (Bibra Lake)

About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-focused Account Manager to nurture and grow our mining portfolio. This role will be based at our Bibra Lake location; however, you will be required to travel to clients and prospective customers every week.

You’ll be the main point of contact for our mining customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities to upsell and expand relationships. You will work closely with the Branch Manager & Market Development Manager to achieve this success.

This role will involve travelling to remote locations in WA frequently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships in the mining sector
  • 50% of your role will be to nurture current relationships, and the other 50% will be to generate new opportunities
  • Understand client objectives and ensure products/services meet their needs
  • Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and support teams
  • The role will see you traveling and meeting customers and clients consistently
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally

Your Experience

  • Experience in Account Management or a similar client-facing role
  • Steel knowledge and an understanding of the mining sector is a plus
  • Confident managing multiple accounts at once and competing priorities
  • You enjoy operating autonomously with a high level of integrity
  • Proven networking skills and an ability to build and strengthen customer relationships
  • Strong demonstration of achieving KPIs
