Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for the Tier 3 and Commercial Segment located in the heart of the goldfields region Bendigo, you will be responsible for managing an established customer base whilst driving and developing new sales opportunities. This role is predominately based on the road and your clients will be Builders, Concreters and Contractors who work across residential, Tier 3 and Commercial market segments.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Strengthen and service partnerships with our existing customers
  • Generate new opportunities to build on new and existing client base
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships through solution-based selling
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and deliver on exceptional service
  • Sales forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business such as the Area Manager and Post Sales
  • Sales forecasting, CRM management, reporting and pipeline management.

About your experience

We are looking for a driven and dynamic individual who is customer focused and passionate about building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.  This individual will have a can-do attitude and who has a track record of exceeding KPI’s.

 

You will also have:

  • Strong sales background
  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing capability
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in account management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven record in exceeding sales KPI’s
  • Local knowledge of the region
