About The Role
As part of ARC’s continued growth strategy, we’re excited to introduce a newly created position for a Key Account Manager based in Ballina. This role has been specifically established to drive and support business and sales growth across the region, with a focus on building strong customer relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
Joining our expanding team, you’ll play a key role in securing new business and growing our presence in the residential and small commercial sectors. You’ll manage key accounts, build long-term partnerships, and work closely with the Area Manager and broader sales team to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Lead business development initiatives to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships in the residential and small commercial markets
- Partner with the Area Manager and a network of experienced peers to drive sales efficiencies and introduce innovative solutions
- Play an instrumental role in unlocking growth opportunities across the Ballina region
- Contribute to a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service. While experience in reinforcing steel is ideal, we also value backgrounds in concrete, construction, or building materials.
