About the role
The HR Projects role supports the delivery of strategic HR initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, engagement and performance. The position ensures business priorities are translated into well-defined projects
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of HR projects aligned to the HR Balanced Plan. Develop project scope, timelines, milestones, and success measures. Manage change to ensure adoption.
- Provide HR generalist advice and support to leaders for key initiatives. Partner on performance, workforce planning, and engagement strategies.
- Support key HR events, reporting, and presentations. Coordinate administrative activities including processing invoices, purchasing goods/services, scheduling for HR leaders, and preparing reports/presentations
- Monitor HR systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance. Maintain up-to-date HR records and undertake general housekeeping of HR files and databases.
Functional/ Technical Skills & Competencies
- 3-4 years generalist Human Resources experience
- Solid background in HR related activities including recruitment, training and development, performance management and/or industrial relations
- High-level computer literacy –Microsoft office suite
- Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage and pronunciation
- Attention to detail and Maintain confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in HR project management and/or change management, ideally within a complex business environment.
- Proven HR generalist experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, ER/IR, engagement).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with senior leaders and managing stakeholder relationships.
