State Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a customer-focused State Sales Manager to maximise sales and profitability across the InfraBuild Merchant Bar and Austube Mills tubular product ranges. This role will be responsible for managing the QLD market, building strong relationships with distributors and end users while identifying new market opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and grow customer accounts to achieve sales targets
• Provide quotes, negotiate orders, and manage pricing strategies
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and delivery outcomes
• Stay informed on competitor activity and customer needs
• Prepare reports and use critical thinking and data to guide decisions’

If you’re results-driven and passionate about delivering value to customers, we would love to hear from you. Other key requirements for the role include:

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the steel, construction, or manufacturing sectors
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while achieving team goals
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Current drivers license
