About the role

Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor and based at our Acacia Ridge site, you will join a reliable and experienced maintenance team with the support and autonomy to manage breakdown and preventative maintenance activities across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Fitter seeking a stable and secure role offering long-term career opportunities and the chance to make a valued contribution to our operations.
- Rotating 12-hour shifts – Day (6am–6pm) & Night (6pm–6am)
- Monday to Friday with overtime options
- 3-week cycle:
- 2 days & 2 nights / 4 off
- 3 days on / 2 off
- 3 nights on / 4 off
- $52.35/hr + 30% night shift loading + trade allowance
What you will be doing:
- Preventative maintenance
- Breakdowns and troubleshooting issues
- Overhauling fixed plant or equipment
- Compliance with quality and safety processes

What you will bring:
- Trade qualification as Fitter and Turner
- Crane and Forklift ticket desirable
- Industrial experience preferred
