About the role

Reporting to the Mill Supervisor and based at our Acacia Ridge site, you will safely operate tube manufacturing machinery in a team-based environment, support production processes and champion a strong safety culture while contributing to efficient and high-quality output. 

 What you will be doing: 

  • Operate tube manufacturing machinery including cranes, bundlers, auto strappers and other process stations 
  • Move and store finished products safely using overhead cranes 
  • Work collaboratively within a team to meet production targets 
  • Follow and promote strict health and safety procedures 
  • Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work environment 
  • Continuously learn and adapt to improve processes and performance 

 

This role offers a base hourly rate of $32.14 and works a 3-week rotating 12-hour shift roster (days and nights), with 30% loading applicable on night shift. Monday to Friday only – no weekend work!

What you will bring:
 

  • A strong safety-first mindset and commitment to safe work practices

  • Reliability, self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment 
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehousing or shift-based work will be highly regarded 
  • Valid Forklift (LF) licence and/or Overhead Gantry Crane (CB) licence (desirable)
