About the role

Reporting to the Production Manager and based at our Acacia Ridge site, you will be part of a safety-focused, process-driven team with a positive culture, supported by on-the-job training and opportunities for stable, long-term employment.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Carry out preventative maintenance activities
  • Respond to breakdowns, including fault finding and troubleshooting
  • Overhaul fixed plant and operational equipment
  • Record and provide feedback through the maintenance management system
  • Adhere to quality and safety processes to ensure all tasks are completed to standard

 

The hours are 6.00am-3.30pm (Monday-Thursday) OR 6.00am-2.00pm (Monday-Friday – early finish on Fridays). Base rate is $52.35 per hour.

What you will bring:

  • Qualified mechanical tradesperson OR 4th year apprentice
  • Crane and Forklift tickets desirable
  • Background in industrial manufacturing advantageous
  • Commitment to safety with a proactive, can-do attitude

 

4th year apprentices nearing completion of their trade are encouraged to apply.
