Customer Service Officer (CSB13)

About The Role

The prime responsibility of this key role is to provide outstanding customer service to a niche group of manufacturing customers. As Internal Sales Representative within our team at Acacia Ridge you will be resolving complex enquiries, managing orders and gathering market intelligence.

You will also be required to intimately understand your customers' needs and requirements, to anticipate and resolve issues, ensuring we provide a seamless customer experience. Working hours are between 8am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including;

  • Processing orders and customer requests in a timely fashion
  • Answering and responding to incoming calls and email enquiries
  • Liaising with the broader business team to best service our customer
  • Building strong rapport with customers


Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service outcomes and will have a proactive and process driven approach. You will also have:

  • Experience in administration, customer service or internal sales role
  • Ability to problem solve, understanding your customers and offering value-based solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability for own workload
  • Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal phone skills and ability to upsell
  • Willingness to learn about our industry and business
  • Proactive approach, passion for customers and good time management skills
  • High level of computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel, exposure to SAP will be highly regarded
