Customer Service Officer
About The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Bendigo site, you will provide high-quality customer service and sales support, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure orders and enquiries are managed efficiently from start to finish.
What you will be doing:
- Managing customer enquiries and sales over the phone and at the front counter
- Preparing quotes and identifying opportunities to upsell products and services
- Troubleshooting customer queries and resolving order or sales-related issues
- Processing sales orders, invoicing and general administration
- Supporting purchasing and inventory control activities
- Assisting with despatch and production planning to meet customer requirements
You will be rewarded with:
