Key Account Manager

About the role

As the Account Manager putting the customer first is your number one priority to ensure you are creating an exceptional customer experience. You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the Area Manager you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement and efficiencies.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Mixture of geographic and segment-based account ownership
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Generate new opportunities to build on existing client base
  • Liaising with stakeholders across the business such as the Area Manager and Post Sales. 

About your experience

We are looking for a personable and dynamic individual who is customer focused and passionate about building relationships with clients and stakeholders within the business.  This individual will have a can-do attitude and will be looking to further develop their career and grow within the business. 

 

You will also have:

  • Great attitude
  • Willingness to learn!
  • Customer centric focus
  • Previous experience B2B Sales
  • Valid driver’s licence.
