Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high energy professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for directly managing and developing a strategic portfolio of existing customer accounts.

Developing and nurturing key relationships with these customers to sustain and grow the accounts by providing exceptional customer service and finding growth opportunities will be key to the success of this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain regular contact with our strong existing customer base
  • Analyse the market to identify potential for new business
  • Develop, manage and execute new business opportunities
  • End to end sales lifecycle from initial contact, contract negotiation until project delivery

About your experience

Ideally the candidate will have;


  • Proven experience in B2B sales & account management role
  • History of supporting and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines while driving results
  • Outstanding communication and people skills to clarify, resolve issues, and make decisions
